As part of the much-anticipated Culinary Month at Atlantis, The Palm, foodies are invited to get hands on in the kitchens of three of the hotel’s signature restaurants: Nobu, Ronda Locatelli and Ayamna. Dough-licious pizzas, Lebanese specialities and sushi secrets… are you ready to master the art of cooking this culinary month?

Pizza & pasta… the true Italian way!

Always wanted to know the secret behind the perfect pizza? Well, now you can, as Ronda Locatelli is offering a one-of-a-kind masterclass that covers the art of making pizza and pasta. Food enthusiasts will get to learn first-hand how traditional Italian dough, classic tomato sauce and pasta are made from scratch, while also learning tips and tricks of cooking in a wood-fired oven.

Kibbeh bil laban & Umm Ali… the authentic Lebanese way!

Lebanese food is loved all over the world, but what is it that makes this popular cuisine soooo delicious?! The Ayamna masterclass will show you how to whip up signature Lebanese dishes such as mezze, kibbeh bil laban and Umm Ali, while also educating budding chefs on the history of mezze.

Famed for its mouth-wateringly perfect black cod miso, Nobu is inviting foodies to come down for the ultimate Japanese masterclass. As well as learning how to make signature sushi rolls and black cod miso, guests will also learn about fish quality and the traditional, age-old preparation techniques that were practiced by the grand master himself, Nobu Matsuhisa.
