Your Ultimate Guide to Cycling in Dubai

One of the best ways to enjoy the outdoors is to hop on a bike and go for a ride. Dubai’s growing need for safe cycling tracks has let to a number of options popping up around the city, including the popular Al Qudra cycling track through the sand dunes. Here’s our rundown of the top tracks from the video…

1. Cycling with skyline views

Nad Al Sheeba Cycling Track. What was once a camel race track has been transformed into 8km of pristine pathways for biking and running; this includes changing room facilities, toilets and floodlights for nighttime sessions.

2. Cycling through the sand dunes

Al Qudra Cycling Track is a 87km track presents awesome views of Dubai’s desert dunes. You might even catch a glimpse of some local wildlife.

3. Biking through the mountains

Hatta Mountain Bike Trail Centre is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Bring your bike, grab a trail map and set off on your adventure.

4: Riding along a racecourse

Want to race around a race car track on your bike? You can do just that at Dubai Autodrome. There’s an open track night on Wednesdays along this 2.46km floodlit circuit. Don’t miss it!

5. Biking along the Beach

The cycle track at Kite Beach stretches from one end of Jumeriah to the other. This 14km long track is the perfect way to cycle along the shoreline. Finish your ride with a refreshing dip in the sea!

6. Biking around town

Alright… so it’s not technically a ‘track’, but it’s still loads of fun for the city’s cyclists!
