Living in Dubai has turned us into massive breakfast buffs, so we’re always on the hunt for new places to try. From traditional Lebanese breakfast bites at the newly-opened Bebabel to seasonal favourites at Baker & Spice, here are five of our favourite Dubai breakfast spots right now.

Experience a traditional Emirati-style breakfast for two at SIKKA Café, complete with Arabic cheeses, Emirati-style pancakes and so much more. Breakfast lovers can also enjoy a variety of egg-based favourites including Baith Tamat (slow-cooked eggs with tomato, cumin, spice and herbs) and Shakshuka (eggs baked in rich tomato sauce).

Already favourited among Dubai foodies, Baker & Spice has recently launched a new breakfast menu for you to try. From Blueberry Pancakes and the signature Shakshouka to Apple & Sultana Danishes and Cinnamon Caramel Buns, there really is so much to choose from. Don’t leave without trying the restaurant’s homemade ‘not-tella‘, a unique twist on the delicious chocolate hazelnut spread.

Where: Souk Al Bahar, Downtown Dubai

  • From 8am to 2pm on weekends

4. Lebanese breakfast at Bebabel

Bebabel is a casual-yet-chic café concept that serves up a special breakfast menu filled with Lebanese classics. Expect to find everything from Tarha (flatbread) topped with an array of different flavours to Foul, Knefeh and more.

When: Daily from 10am

Price: AED 24 for a plate of Foul and AED 30 for Tarha (flatbread) topped with eggs and cheese

5. Creative breakfast at The Duchess Cafe

The Duchess Cafe is a stylish waterfront hangout at La Mer North that offers delicious desserts and quirky foodie creations.
