1. Gymnastics at GymnastEx Sports Services
If you’ve got a mini Olympian in the making, encourage their talent by signing them up for a gymnastics training course at GymnastEx Sports Services. The school offers classes for children from ages 2 to 16 in an array of disciplines including trampoline and artistic. Run by a team of talented, passionate and experienced trainers, GymnastEx promises to help shape your little ones into well-rounded athletes through holistic training sessions and constant support.

2. Boxing at Fit Boys Gym
Fit Boys Gym is all about achieving your best, whether you’re male, female or a kid. The entrance is embellished with title belts that echo the achievements of the kick-boxing world champions and the former British boxing champion who form the team of instructors. The training areas are decked out with red and black punch bags, blue and black grappling mats and walls adorned with boxing greats. They hold classes for kids on a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, from 5pm to 6pm.

Located on the ground floor of the mall, Dubai Ice Rink offers a fun-filled experience for all the family. Whether your little one’s a beginner or a pro, the ice rink offers dedicated coaches that will help you strive towards your International Skating Institution Asia (ISIA) certification. It’s a great activity to take up during summer months, when kids are usually looking for something to keep them entertained.

4. Martial Arts at Golden Fist International Academy
Get into position with your best fighting stance at the Golden Fist International Academy, a centre devoted to teaching martial arts to children and adults across Dubai. Family-oriented and boasting instructors with nearly 30 years of experience, they offer affordable classes that range from Karate to Kung Fu. Especially popular with kiddies, the small class sizes make for a great learning environment.
