What’s on: Eve Penthouse & Lounge is one of the newest rooftop bars Dubai has on offer this year. Opened in September and located on the 34th floor of a Creekside hotel, the whimsical space has indoor and outdoor seating including a terrace serving shisha and panoramic views of old and new Dubai.
