Yas Waterworld launches flooded cinema experience
Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi is set to open their newest attraction Cinesplash in June. The immersive cinema experience will be the first of its kind in the UAE, and will feature a 3D film, Legend of the Lost Pearl. To ensure guests are fully submerged in the adventure, 45-50cm of water will flood the theatre during the screening.
Staying true to its waterpark surroundings, Cinesplash will feature a range of aquatic special effects including spraying water, rain, waterfalls, neck blasts, water guns, and fountains.
The theatre walls will also be outfitted with lighted bubbles and the ceiling will be accompanied by ground fog, leg ticklers, wind effects, and vibrating seats with 3 degrees of motion.
