Whether you’re a new mum or a mum-to-be, Urban Energy Fitness holds regular Pre & Post Natal exercise classes, taught by fully-qualified instructors. It’s a low-impact circuit class that focuses on cardio, core stability and functional movement, and the instructors will give advice on which exercises are safe for you to perform.
