Looking to tone up fast? Try out a group class at Orangetheory Fitness Dubai. The concept behind it is that you work out for an hour, but burn for up to 36 hours. This is achieved by monitoring your heart rate during training, and staying within a specific target zone to stimulate metabolism and increase energy. Also, our favourite Ninja Warrior Samia Kallidis teaches there!

The combination of interval and strength training in each class has been proven to burn up to 1,000 calories, or more! Similarly to Orangetheory Fitness, it also boosts your resting metabolism, allowing you to burn calories after the workout.
