Why you’ll love it: Set to open in 2018 on the 70th and 71st floors of the Address Boulevard hotel, Dolce Sky is a dining concept that will feature French and Japanese restaurants, aerial performers, and a rooftop terrace boasting vistas of Business Bay. No word yet on when Dolce Sky will open its doors, but we’ll be sure to keep you updated!
