Meet the Newest Dish at Burger and Lobster Dubai: The ‘Lobster Mandi’
A trendy and popular restaurant in the heart of DIFC, Burger and Lobster Dubai really knows the way to our appetite. Serving up juicy burgers and mouth-watering lobster rolls, this London-founded concept has quickly become a Dubai foodie institution.
The insydo team recently enjoyed their team dinner at Burger and Lobster Dubai, complete with delicious food (we’ll definitely be back for that secret burger sauce!) and refreshing cocktails. Expect a lively ambience, all-round good vibes, and a menu that has truly mastered… you guessed it… burgers and lobsters!
Last year, Burger and Lobster’s talented chefs brought us the unique ‘Lobster Tikka Masala‘. This year, there’s a new dish on the block… and it goes by the name of ‘Lobster Mandi‘.
The ‘Lobster Mandi’ at Burger and Lobster Dubai
For those of you that have lived in Dubai long enough, you’ll know that everyone loves a good ‘Mandi’. For those of you that aren’t familiar, Mandi is a popular dish from Yemen of meat, rice, and spices. Shaking up foodie traditions, the ‘Lobster Mandi‘ is Burger and Lobster’s newest menu addition made with cumin rice and served with minted cucumber dressing on the side. Mouth watering yet?
