We can see planners outfitting the Burj Khalifa from the outside Tom Cruise style… definitely not a job for someone with a fear of heights! At this point, we still have no clue what Guinness World Record attempt Dubai is going for on NYE, but something tells us the whole Downtown skyline will be a part of the action. Let’s wait and see!
